Financing Adoption

LOANS:
No limit on how much funding can be requested
Up to 10K or 50% of total adoption cost – whichever is less
LOW-INTEREST LOANS:
GRANTS:
Approx 8 grants awarded/mo. Up to $7500 – ave is $3500
Match dollar for dollar grant
Financing Resources
Christian based. Approx 20-40 grants awarded/mo. Between 2-7K
Annual household income cannot exceed 60K
Match dollar for dollar grant
Special Needs Children – may include adoption of older children:
Awards between 2-4K
Provides financial relief for families who have children with medical needs not covered or not fully covered by their commercial health benefit plan.
INTERNATIONAL ADOPTIONS:
Adoption from developing countries only
OTHER OPTIONS:
Available for children with special needs in the state of Florida
Approx 12K can be subtracted from tax liability
MILITARY SUBSIDY:
The military will reimburse active-duty personnel for adopting. More information can be found at:
